Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Assessment

Price is for single family homes 2,500 square feet or less with 1 furnace or boiler and 1 water heater. Add $10 for every 100 square feet of living space over and above 2,000, $25 for every additional furnace, boiler & water heater, $50 for duplex, & $100 for triplex. Multi-family homes must have a common exterior door to be analyzed as a single project. If not, such as side-by-side units, separate analysis, reporting & pricing is required.
